What by arrangement means
Why Townsend, Walland and Cosby are different
A longer drive
A Saturday crew that far out spends an hour on the road each way, and the estimate says so as a line.
A held weekend
We take them when we can hold a crew for the whole weekend, not for one-off changeovers.
A walkthrough by video
If the drive is long, the walkthrough can be done over video, with a later visit to see the tub and hearth.
