A tub that looks ready, and a record that it was checked
The hot tub is the line item guests review most. We keep it clean on the outside and report on it honestly; the chemistry stays with whoever services your tub.
Anything with chemicals or equipment, like shocking, balancing, draining and refilling, is for your tub service. We tell you what we see and when.

Questions
About hot tubs and decks
Is the strip reading a water test?
No. It's a photo of one strip so you and your tub service can see the water that day. A real water test and treatment stay with your tub service.
Do you clean in winter?
Yes. We sweep the steps first, and we tell you when ice is building where guests walk.
Put the tub on your list
Tell us the model on the form, and we'll fold the tub into your walkthrough.
