The policies behind every turnover
The same on every estimate. If your cabin needs a different rule, it's in your written estimate.
Keys, lockboxes and codes
We use a lockbox or keypad code you set, written on your estimate and kept off the report.
We use it for turnovers only
A changed code needs a text before the next turnover
We never make a copy of a key
If something is broken or missing
We photograph it, put it on the report that day and leave it where it is.
We don't repair or replace
We don't guess who did it
If our crew caused it, we say so, and we cover it as written on your estimate
If a guest says we missed something
Send us the guest's message and a photo.
Tell us within one day of the check-in
We go back and fix it at no charge
We write back with what we found
Belongings left behind
A glove, a charger or a toy is bagged, photographed and listed on the report.
We don't mail things
Items are held where your estimate says
Bears and trash
Trash and recycling go to the bear-resistant bin, and the lid is latched.
If a bin is full, the report says so
We never leave bags outside
Your bin's location is on the checklist
Cancellation and lockout
A turnover can be moved or cancelled up to the day before.
Cancel after 4 p.m. the day before, and that turnover is billed as written on your estimate
If we can't get in, we call you, wait a short time and then bill the trip as written on your estimate
Ask about a policy
If a rule here doesn't fit your cabin, we'll change it in writing at the walkthrough.
