What we collect

When you send the request form we get the name, phone number and cabin details you type. If you text photos, we get the photos and your number. We don't buy lists or track you across other sites.

How we use it

To reply to your request, book a walkthrough and write your estimate. Crew leads see only the details they need for your cabin: the address, the access method and the checklist.

Access codes and keys

Lockbox and door codes are kept on your estimate, not on your reports, and are used only for turnovers.
